Unicoi State Park & Lodge is your Alpine Helen Headquarters for Christmas and New Year’s Eve
If you’re looking for a Christmas you won’t forget, complete with a visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus, a traditional Christmas feast, and a New Year’s Eve Bash to remember, you’ll find it all at Unicoi State Park & Lodge.
Adventure always awaits at Unicoi State Park, where you can zipline across a lake at more than 50 mph, test your aim throwing tomahawks, firing air rifles, or at the 3-D archery range, and learn to fly fish, all in the same day. We also are home to some of the best hiking in the region, a short jaunt from Anna Ruby Falls, the hub of ample camping opportunities, and so much more. When you stay at Unicoi, you’ll never hear anyone say, “I’m bored” – especially around the holidays.
Unicoi State Park & Lodge is only 10 minutes from North Georgia’s favorite Christmas destination, Alpine Helen. Our neighboring Bavarian-style village takes on a whole new life as it transforms into a Christmas wonderland full of shops and restaurants and outdoor spaces that make this sleepy mountain town resemble Santa’s North Pole Village. It’s a sight to see!
