The lodging options at Unicoi State Park & Lodge exist to meet the varied needs of our visitors. The comfortable Lodge has 96 cozy, hotel-style rooms while the 29 Georgia State Park cabin rentals across the 1,050-acre property are fitting for family or friend groups. If Georgia state park camping is more your style, our 48 RV sites and 33 tent campsites are some of the finest in the Southeast. From full RV hookups to secluded tent campsites to the distinct outdoor experience of the 15 Squirrels Nest primitive camping platforms, Unicoi State Park provides the natural setting you’re looking for.
Unicoi is also a dog-friendly Georgia State Park though the Lodge and Lodge rooms are not designated pet friendly areas; you and your canine companion can stay overnight at one of our designated cabins or any campsite. There is a $50 fee per pet (max 2 pets). Any animals found to be staying in non-pet friendly rooms or cabins will incur an additional $150 cleaning fee. All dogs must be leashed at all times and there are restrictions for overnight canine guests. Service animals are always welcome at Unicoi State Park & Lodge.

Combining luxury and the great outdoors, our extra spacious completely furnished Safari Tents give large families or groups of friends the extra space they need to glamp in comfort. Unicoi State Park offers 4 glamping sites.
